This ticket ,to representing of  gasht_o_ gozare asanes Kish office, sells for using of hoponhopoff city tour.

With buying this ticket,will be accepted these terms and conditions:

This ticket has only credit for hop on hop off tour bus.

Ticket validity:

A)24 hours(according to time and date on ticket)

B)48 hours(according to time and date on ticket)

C)72 hours (according to time and date on ticket)

 

Ticket prices are defined،but

This right is reserved for the company that change ticket prices at any time.

Valid ID card is nessessary.

Discount codes provided by the company is usable only

for once and the right to withdraw and unusable of discount codes for office is reserved without prior notice at any time.

This office has right to inspect ticket while traveling by Hop on Hop off bus. Office driver or any other employee may does ticket inspections on request.

The office and its employees  don't have any responsibility for death،accident،personal injuries,losses,for people's negligence.in addition to،they are not responsible for any complaint,claim,refund or exchange for any reason in connection with any cancellation or postponement of tour credit.

The office try to announce  station and route tour as accurately as possible,However this right is reserved for the company to change the route.

The office has all rights of change tours details,route tours,seat capacity in bus or other cases without prior notice.

The office and /or its authorized representatives have and keep all rights delay,cancellation,stop the tour for unfavorable weather,unfavorable conditions,any natural disasters,any cause out of control and the amount will be refunded In case of buying ticket.

The office and/or its  authorized representatives  reserves the all rights for refusal to accept ticket holders,that their behaviour are inappropriate for compensation.

.Purchased tour tickets from any other person except the company or its authorized representatives aren't valid،therefore admission is denied on tour buses.

Any complaints about the tour,including cancellation,refund or any delay,must be sent to relevant parts(office or authorized representatives) where tickets were purchased،unless specified in another way by office.

The office doesn't have any responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings during the tour.

smoking،eating and drinking on the bus is absolutely forbidden.

Preservation of Islamic decency is necessary during the tour and in case of any event it is the responsibility  of the passenger.

Any harmful devices/dangerous like personal weapons or sharp objects that may harm other passengers  is strictly forbidden in tour bus.

Furthermore،the office

reserves the right seizure,demand the disposal of items or expulsion,deny accepting the wrong person from the tour bus.

This office or its employees reserve the right for themselves in case of violation of Iranian laws, right to complain/Interpellation and/or contact the authorities.

Getting on and off the bus around the stations is forbidden even at the request of the passenger.

children under 3 are free and they don't have seat.

Standing on the bus and take your hand off the bus is prohibited.and the office doesn't have any responsibility in

case of personal or financial injury .

Without any immediate objection when receiving and confirming this ticket،as acceptance and agreement

all terms and conditions of transportation of office.
